We live in a state where bush fires are a constant threat. Yet those that fight the fires are predominantly male.

But women do exist in the fire fighting service both on a volunteer level and as paid staff. 

Youth Reporter Rosemary Murphy spoke to two women who are bucking the trend. Making it in a industry that is predominantly male orientated but more so thought of as predominately male dominated.
