SEETHiNGS

By Jess Allen

An eclectic group exhibition described as ‘Frankenstein’s monster’ is a showcase of 17 young artists and musicians, and is all about unusual and unique perceptions.
It’s SEETHiNGS – and it starts this week at the Victoria Park Arts Centre.
Photography, painting, sculpture and installations will be on display with a grand finale featuring circus, burlesque performances and rock bands.
Director of the Victoria Park Arts Centre, Dr David Bromfield says the exhibition will benefit the community by bringing people together in the spirit of fun and intrigue, while allowing young, local artists to sell their work.
Victoria  McLoughlin joined Jess to dissect the exhibition.
